Shipping & Return Policy

 

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders totaling $100 or more (excluding tax) in the continental US.  In some situations, depending on the shipping address, postage surcharge fees may apply when shipping to a remote location (Hawaii & Alaska for example). Where this applies you will be instructed to contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order.

Delivery methods & locations: We work with a number of delivery partners, but most often  USPS, UPS and UPS Freight, depending on the size of the piece. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes. Our delivery partner may leave a card at the address and you will need to pick up the delivery from your nearest UPS facility or contact the courier company to arrange for re-delivery. Large items may be crated and will require you to coordinate a delivery time with the carrier.

Delivery failure: It is important that you verify that your information is correct, especially your delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you may be billed for the additional shipping charges in order for your delivery to reach you. You agree to this by placing an order with us, we reserve the right to pass on applicable charges to you if you provide wrong address information. We also require a contact phone number, which may be used by the carrier to arrange delivery. If we and our delivery partner have been unable to deliver your order due to your error or fault after 21 days or 3 attempts (whichever is sooner), we reserve the right to cancel your order. In these circumstances we will refund you the price of your order, less all delivery fees incurred by us.

International Orders: If you are interested in shipping a sculpture to a location outside the US please contact us to discuss options for delivery and costs prior to your placing an order.

Timing: Goods will normally be shipped from Lori Small Studios within 3 working days, often sooner. You will be provided a tracking number and or shipping information as soon as the order is on its way. The carrier or shipping agent will normally deliver goods within 1 week of the shipping date.

Returns

We want you to be happy!  So if you change your mind or your order is not quite right for some reason:

  • You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.
  • It can be returned anytime within 30 days of the item delivery.

Easy return is guaranteed! Once we receive your returned item, we’ll give you a store credit or full refund of the purchase price (less the initial delivery charge), whichever you prefer.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible please do the following:

1. Please contact us here to let us know to expect your return (include your name, your order number and whether you’d prefer a refund or studio credit).

2.
Securely repackage and return the shipment. Returned items must be in the condition you received them, and in the original packaging. If you received a sculpture that was crated for shipment to you, the item will need to be returned in the same wooden crate. You will be responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. Your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible after receiving the returned items. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after the credit has been made for it to appear on your credit card account statement.

Damaged items: Unfortunately, and despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged in transit. If you notice that an item is damaged when it is delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear digital photos showing the damage. If the exterior packaging or crate is damaged, please photograph it prior to opening or, if severe, reject the shipment upon delivery. We will advise you on the next steps.
The type of remedy offered will depend upon the circumstances. We may arrange to repair the product or provide you with a partial or full refund of the purchase amount. If we require you to return the product, we will pay the cost of the return.

Rights: We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
